Satisfaction surveys provide data which can help you determine what quality experience you are likely to have.
IUMG surveys regularly to learn how patients feel about their care and service. We use this data to improve. We also summarize it so you can see how previous patients rated our care and service, and whether they would recommend their IU physician to others.
