In 1987 the clinical faculty physicians at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM) joined together to form a single group practice, known as IU Medical Group (IUMG). Our 950 specialists combine teaching medical students and clinical research with patient care to deliver the most advanced medical treatment available in Indiana.
IUMG works to advance the patient care, education and research missions of the school. The group also functions to provide information systems, physician directory, marketing and communications, contracting for managed care plans, decision support and new business development. |
